COVID 19 PROTOCOL

 

At Hotel del Lago Golf & Art Resort we are ready for the “new normal”.

 

We share with you a series of measures that we have taken according to the protocols established by the MSP and MINTUR.

 

We take care of each other.

 

GUESTS & ROOMS

• Fast-Check-in is carried out, in order to have as little contact possible.
• Body temperature is taken with a laser thermometer for all guests at check in.
• Cleaning and disinfection are carried out in the rooms prior to entry and when the room is vacated. 
• It is mandatory to wear a mask in all common areas of the hotel.
 

PUBLIC AREAS

• The use of the sanitary mat is implemented at all hotel entrances.
• It is frequently verified that in bathrooms, dining room and reception, there are gel alcohol dispensers, for hand disinfection.
• Cleaning and disinfection in common spaces is reinforced.
 

HOTEL SERVICES

• Tennis courts are available. Ask for more details about the established protocol.
• The golf course is available. The Club House maintains some restricted services.

RESTAURANT

• The minimum distance between the tables is 2 meters. The minimum distance between chairs is 1 meter.
• Guests are advised to wear masks for as long as possible within the restaurant area.

IMPORTANT

• If symptoms such as fever, cough or cold appear, we suggest not going to public spaces. The hotel has an emergency service which you can use if necessary at no cost.
• We suggest the use of electronic means of payment to avoid the use of cash. The hotel has a POS in all its points of sale.
